We will contact you to let you know once your parcel has been posted. If your order is urgent, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you live in the UK, delivery is £7, we will send the package via Royal Mail and it will have to be signed for.
If you live outside the UK, delivery is £15, we will send the package with tracking and it will have to be signed for.
The recipient will be liable for any import of customs taxes/ duties that are payable for deliveries outside the UK.

Please note that the IAM Frequency pendants CANNOT be shipped to Switzerland.

Our guarantee is very simple and applies to all Frequencies purchased directly via this website.
You can return any of the Supercoherence Frequencies to us anytime within 6 months of purchase and we will refund your money less the Delivery P&P charges.
Please note:
1. You will be responsible for return postage via a tracked/ signed service.
2. If you have purchased a product which contains more than one Frrequency, i.e. SRTLFs, Water Frequency Kit, or Wellbeing Kit, you will need to return both items.
We want only happy clients. You do not need to give any reason and there will no questions asked and no hard feelings.

Please Note: If you choose to pay using a credit option via PayPal, please be aware that your agreement is with PayPal.
In case of any refund for products purchased via our website which is covered by our unconditional 180-day money-back guarantee, we will authorise PayPal to issue a partial refund (i.e. minus P+P charges), once the Frequencies have been returned to us using a tracked postal service.
